We only cook with fresh organic ingredients from the region. We prefer to cook from original recipes of old cooking books that are modernly interpreted. We serve real organic wine from untreated vine yards.

We do this out of conviction, because we find that it is better for everyone on this planet, to use products from sustainable, organic production. And because it tastes the best.
