Cancellation Policy for private travelers

We guarantee your booking and have the room ready for your arrival from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Should you be arriving later, please inform us so that we can arrange your room key deposit.

Cancellation policy:

Free of charge 3 days prior to arrival

Cancellation 2 days prior to arrival: we charge 50 % of the reservation

Cancellation 1 day prior to arrival: we charge 75 % of the reservation

For no-show and cancellation on the date of arrival: we charge 90 % of the reservation.
